Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store with the zipper closed to help the case keep its shape.
The Voyager Hat Travel Case is built to comfortably protect one structured hat, including cowboy hats, fedoras, ranchers, flat brims, and wide-brim styles. Interior clearance measures approximately 17.7" × 15.4" top-down and 6.85" tall, so your hat sits in its own protected space with the crown and brim held in shape.
Exact fit can vary by brim width and crown height, especially for oversized or novelty styles. If you are unsure, reach out and we will help you check before you order.
Usually, yes. At 18.11" × 15.75" × 7.24" the Voyager's low profile is sized to slide under the seat in front of you on most economy aircraft.
Under-seat space is not standardized, though, and it is the one dimension no case can promise. Aisle and bulkhead seats often have an entertainment box or a support bar that narrows the opening, and clearance differs between airlines and between aircraft on the same airline. Where it does not fit below, it stows easily in the overhead bin.
