Will my hat fit?

The Voyager Hat Travel Case is built to comfortably protect one structured hat, including fedoras, ranchers, flat brims, and wide-brim styles. Interior clearance measures approximately 17.7" x 15.4" top-down and 6.85" tall, so your hat sits in its own protected space with the crown and brim held in shape. Exact fit can vary by brim width and crown height, especially for oversized or novelty styles. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will help you check before you order.

Does it fit under an airplane seat?

Yes. At 18.11" x 15.75" x 7.24", the Voyager's low profile slides easily under most economy seats, so it stays with you instead of taking its chances in the overhead bin. Prefer to stow it up top? It fits there too. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 0.75" due to manufacturing tolerances.

How can I carry it?

Three ways: sling it over one shoulder, wear it as a backpack, or carry it by the top handle. The adjustable strap converts between sling and backpack carry.

What is it made of?

The exterior is premium vegan leather over a rigid structured shell, closed with a YKK zipper. Inside you'll find a fully lined interior, elastic straps to hold your hat down, a built-in compact mirror, and a zip pouch for small essentials.

How do I care for it?

Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store with the zipper closed to help the case keep its shape.

How much is shipping?

What is your return policy?
